Aliza Vellani bio
Aliza Vellani is an Canadian film and television actress from British Columbia. Vellani is most well-known for her character, Rani Singh, in Netflix's Sweet Tooth. Aliza is a Vancouver-based actress who has more than 10 years of experience, both in Canada as well as the United States. Vellani's credits include her work on the hit show Little Mosque on the Prairie (CBC) The X-Files'(FOX) and Marvel's Super Hero Adventures (Disney+). Nora Allen is the child of Barry Allen and Iris West Allen. She was born in Central City between 2019-2024. Nora Allen, her deceased paternal grandmother, was the source for her birth name. Barry Allen vanished in 2024 following his battle in the battle with Reverse Flash. Nora had to raise her alone with her mother. Vellani is the child of Indian immigrants originally from East Africa, was born in Vancouver. Her education began from an early age, when she was a student at York House School. Vellani received the BC and National Istar Awards in 2007 as well as 2008. Vellani continued her training for acting, dancing and voice after graduation. In The Flash season finale in midseason, we discovered that Nora had been working with Eobard aka Reverse-Flash to conspire against her parents. Vellani was planning to go to OCAD University to study integrated media. Instead, she was able to take on the role. Marvel ultimately became her educational. Her move was to Atlanta in Georgia along with the rest the the younger actors.
